Public an email to a colleague primary school from the title indicates its evaluation of the implementing regulations released yesterday.
is true that the worst there is never end!
the draft regulation is pessimistic as we expected:
distorts the primary school.
a taste?
sunk the form prevalent in the early grades teacher
also full-time, where
is cleared the presence and removal of the organic co-ownership in the first
calculated on the time requested by the school families
co-deleted in all classes since September 2009 (I am a prophet
..)
choice for families only time allowed for next year
school (and then what? become mandatory to model the dry 24 hours and 24 + =
former full-time after school?)
an example?
in our school, Manzoni, we have 7 classes full-time ...
we take 4 hours per week for each co-classroom (not calculated
presence together with English and religion)
7 classes x 4 hours = 28 hours
only in our full-time lose 1 insegnante e 1/3 !

you ever experience the discomfort of those who find themselves in a place that does not hear her? To me sometimes. Maybe because this year Christmas will be Friulian ..! Today a post written a dear friend. Pen pal, since we know only by letter ... ma mi pare di conoscerlo da sempre....Ma vi è di più! Ecco ... mettetevi in quella dimensione.

" The obligation to bring in some 18 hours of teaching secondary has already been introduced nel nostro ordinamento dall'articolo 35, comma 1, della legge 289/2002.

The city of Udine has concluded in recent days his first experience of participatory budgeting: an experimental project that has developed within a few months, through district public meetings , where the city administration they have been purely technical partner and companion of the direct process. Udinese
That is not the first Italian experience of Participatory Budgeting. The processes of popular participation, parties for some time, are now also taking in Italy interesting dimensions. The fact that these
experiences to develop a system of government based on representative democracy begs the question whether and under what terms the broad wording of direct democracy can coexist in this system.
In this perspective it is good to clarify that from the beginning of modern constitutionalism, the exercise "direct" sovereignty can be resolved "in the act, whether by physical co-presence of subsidiaries - in the public square" without the participation of intermediaries that could be placed between the decision maker and the decision. At the same time
between democracy and representative government, has always drawn a sharp line of demarcation, to clarify the radical difference that separates them.
But if the concept of direct democracy, is still one of the classics (ie that of "a people gathered), it is true that in complex societies, each technique involves decision-making, still (today more than ever) a mediation . In pluralistic societies it becomes inevitable interposition between the people and the political decision, even when that decision is attributed to the same people and its "direct" expression of will. The reality shows that public opinion is formed first, and always through the mediation of parties and groups, and, above all, through the media, which often sometimes transgressed the ideology of these groups and political parties (the weakest).
For everything, when we discuss processes of participatory budgeting, it would be more accurate to use the term participatory democracy, while aware that participatory budgeting has own specific characteristics that go far beyond the meaning of the participation of institutes of constitutional referendum and popular participation.
There is no doubt however that such participatory processes are born from the need to address critical aspects of their representative democracy, for our purposes, can be summarized in a duality of factors:
1) - The extension of the principle of sussidiaretà.
a sort of invitation to the State not to intervene whenever the citizens and their social groupings (family, associations and other "intermediate bodies", including local institutions) can 'go it alone'. The principle of subsidiarity has essentially started a chain of progressive de-empowerment, with highly asymmetric: in fact, the era characterized by globalization of the problems we live in an ever stronger "localization" of the solutions, which charge the responsibility of local governments to decide (but which, however, do not follow appropriate transfer of resources indispensable for farvi fronte).
La riforma poi del Titolo V della Costituzione (2001) – con tutte le sue molteplici contraddizioni – si inserisce in questo path of subsidiarity, which seeks to enhance the autonomy of local authorities and institutions of popular participation. The new text of art. 118 prevde as new organizational models and relationships between citizens and government, based on communication and co-decision.
thus reinforcing the concept of participation highlighted the very first articles of the Constitution, in which there is a clear convergence between popular sovereignty, effective participation, substantive equality and pluralism.
2) - the crisis of the political parties. Already
Charles Edwards, a lawyer and philosopher of the last century, had ruled that if a party instead of representing an ideology and strive for the common good represented the needs of a group of economic pressure, it is in fact a pressure group in disguise, and it would be for this fight, to be expelled from Parliament, to be denounced as scandalous "
The master philosopher and jurist last century, states, inter alia, that the action of the parties and the government is lawful ministers, but "to be condemned when it is determined by private interest" means the public showing of the party, as a means of connection between state and society calendar with the exclusive public function to forward the sovereign will of the people, is not consistent for Edwards, with the pollution of politics by personal and financial interests.
In this perspective there can fail to see how the pollution of politics with personal and financial interests of the party has initiated a crisis of the system, since the year 1990, has amplified the sense of mistrust and distrust of the sovereign people which has now spilled on the institutions, the core and foundation of representative democracy.
Therefore if the parties are called to fulfill a "pivotal role in the lives of our representative democracy, that's the crisis that today they live results and confounds itself in the crisis of representative democracy: the natural consequence of the need to search new solutions.
is in 60 that the issue of participation enter into the Italian political debate, are the years of works councils, school boards and experiences of participatory planning that start in the next decade, a process of regulatory standards.
The crisis of the 90s then led to the differentiation of municipal statutes, especially after the new election law of 1993 establishing the direct election of mayors, while the text of the Local Authorities Act of 2000, strengthened the role of institutions closer the citizen. Since then they have begun to form and specific instruments adapted to local socio-cultural contexts, with the goal of making participation by resource instrumental in symbolic resource.
In Italy, the knowledge of the subject of participatory budgeting took place in 1998, thanks to some university and the newly revised 'Paper'.
If it is true that, historically, the approach to the Participatory Budget was highly politicized from the outset, it is equally true that, today, the same approach seems more mature, as designed and intended as a tool for trilateral relationship between government and Citizenship and bureaucracy and, ultimately, improving urban management.
The Participatory Budget is therefore an important path in these experiments also in Italy, where the debate has developed in parallel with that of Annual Reports (instruments to measure the effects of public policies in social terms) and has found fertile ground in the understanding of its role as an instrument of political renewal / educational enrichment of direct ' self-awareness and sense of civic duty as a citizen.
The experience of Udine, and favored earlier, participation in the Network 9 ^ UR-BAL of the European project and then by the council decision to join the Network of the New Town Hall is based in particular on the idea of \u200b\u200bbringing forward the un'autoeducazione democracy, citizenship, through forms of co-decision between people and institutions regarding to new strategic investments to the area. In this sense, Udine has promoted and implemented a project - even experimental - of genuine participatory budgeting, as opposed to participatory budgeting, substantially whose approach is very different and certainly more restrictive and limiting.
This is a process of involvement of citizens that has all the characteristics to lead to a sustained and structured way in which citizens play an active role in decisions, and not involving an almost 'passive'.
In this perspective, Udine assume the role and the role of "pioneer" in the entire region, where participatory budgeting, together with the Social Report, are yet to come.

And then the assemblies in a way, the views expressed in some other, even I quote, Unless the right to express and disseminate assessments for the protection of trade union rights and the public, the employee shall refrain from public statements that go to the detriment of the image of the administration. The employee must inform the office manager of its relations with the press. " (!!!)
The purpose is clear. Put a spoke in the wheel of a movement when it is proving increasingly large and able to stop their operations.
Yeah, right. When it suits them.
- When no, then "forget" that a law specifies how many students you can have in a class otherwise violate basic safety rules.
- When it suits you forget about time for students on what kind of school will be next year.
- When it suits you disrupt the educational relationship, and you change an alternate, the same is held by a ratio of fixed-term employment (licensed each year) for 10-15 years. And so on.
They're moving up. Expect retaliation, but with the certainty that we are working for a better school and that law is still the result of power relations that are established in a given time. (In other words, assemble the students were not there before '68. After they begin to do ... you are settled).

Order No 137, 1 September 2008 is now law, but we will not give because:
- is unacceptable that Article 4 of the decree, it opens with purely economic grounds, "within the containment goals .. "
- there has been no discussion with the school, but everything has been decided, quickly, by the Ministers of Economy and destroying education in a few minutes the work of decades of educators, researchers, teachers,
- in any field of work what works is taken as an example while in the case of the school sector that works best (according to OECD data 2008, the Italian primary school is 6th place in the world) is upset;
- with the teacher only children will be deprived of the opportunity to face a variety of shapes;
- parents will be forced to relate to a single reference without the possibility of a confrontation with several voices;
- be mortified specialization in individual disciplines that teachers have acquired in the course of their careers;
- time school will be reduced to 24 hours per week: two hours of removing the religion and those of English, how many hours remain for the Italian mathematics, science, history, geography, image, motor, music, computer science?
- the disappearance of copresences make it impossible to work with students in difficulty for recovery activities and to organize various projects;
- the increase in class size will make it more difficult and less successful teaching activities, in addition, where we will put 29 students in classrooms where the already struggling to make it feel 25?
- full time, born in 1971 as a school with more time in which the activities of the morning and afternoon were integrated into a single path, is distorted and becomes a school in the morning with afternoon after-school-parking.

The Italians have boarded the train on Facebook and considerations of "psychological experts" are increasing: more or less well-known journalists have certainly received their invitation e-mail to subscribe to the network, and behold that, as good supplier of news, media enter their bulimic phase "Facebook". In short, the attention of readers grows and then, regardless of the context, every occasion is good to talk about it.
But when you talk to your reader, who is also joined Facebook, and tell him that it is certainly suffering from some personality disorder, is unlikely that you or she interviewed journalists, to be credible.
And if, among 1,860,000 Italian users of Facebook, there are elite of journalists, professionals, business executives, teachers, students, housewives and even add in all other occupational groups that want to ... we conclude that we are all sick?
The question arises as a result of the now famous statement to AdnKronos by psychologist Paola Vinciguerra about the "typical profile" Facebook user, one of the most popular social networks in the world. Basically it says that it is not by chance that Facebook has "infected in particular the range of 30 to 40 years": it is precisely at this stage of life, in fact, born of a sense of emptiness and loneliness that plagues the so-called winners. "
short, for Vincent and his psychiatrist friend Tonimo Cantelmi, on Facebook it would be especially lonely , miserable, no longer young, who aspire to promote themselves and to seek new conquests. A profile ... I would say sad and unflattering.
Come to order.
alleged that the typical user is a depressed ... Gentlemen, it takes a lot of courage! (Or a lot of misinformation ...). Do not think the Vinciguerra was based on research and analysis on the subject (now, in fact, do not exist) or that you speak from experience diretta (non essendo essa stessa iscritta a facebook).
2. Gli studenti universitari usano FB soprattutto per maintain relationships that already have, rather than to find new relations (slight exception for students)
3. Students with low self-esteem and sense of personal satisfaction can improve their social capital through the use of social networks
3.The 'group membership social network of political commitment, social or cultural life goes hand in hand with effective activity the same type in your personal life.
is a fact that is just upset that his university, in terms of change, hope and new relationships, a person's life. It 'also possible that the use of social networks change according to stages of life. It 'more reasonable to assume that the people of the thirties and forties are people young enough to be groped the approach to these new instruments, and passionate.
The question rather is why many people use social networks where they exist, and are well established, have other tools such as forums, blogs, newsgroups. Certainly compared to other social networking tools provide a great opportunity to exclude people who do not like. I think this is the true function of Facebook as a novel of the other similar instruments: to allow to define who are our friends and refer only to them. Not everyone who is not cutting it wants to participate in our thoughts or our business network.
A site, a forum, can be seen by anyone. And sometimes this is not desirable.
Maurizio Boscarol defines a kind of social network mailing list in simplified management that focuses on the user. Anyone can decide their own contacts, only communicate with them instead of around the world. And being found and contacted by people concerned (which with traditional mailing list is less likely, given that increase the visibility of the operator, not the participants).
I do not think that Facebook will replace the public blogs, wikis, forums, and even mailing lists or newsgroups. E 'semplicemnete a type of instrument used to different things, intended to live with the arsenal of tools we already use would be.
And for this we will all feel more depressed.
But there is more. A search for Giglietti, University of Urbino, tells us that the various social networks are distributed in a differentiated way in the world: the most widespread in Italy is Badoo: communication strategy will be for cultural or variable ... the fact is that there is no way to understand why it was taken into account own Facebook to define the "persona" of the Italian network ... What
are only those of the sick Facebook?? Or rather lacking in these professional writers and psychology a true and adequate knowledge of a social reality in the process of transformation?
bet on the latter.
It is certain that these results do not support stereotypes, but rather suggest that Facebook is a tool to maintain and manage its capital, in particular its use by the more extroverted. Not by shy, in fact.
But in Italy, you know, clichés are always in fashion

E 'the social animal par excellence. In the sense that it is the only legally authorized to administer and institutionally responsible for public relations.
sedentary and sedentary in nature, the bureaucrat finds its natural habitat in the office territorial belonging, a site well-defined and easily controllable in which for decades historicizes carrying through its life cycle and biology.
Here, in compliance with all its character and its status, it melts and blends harmoniously with ergonomic chair and joined in perfect harmony with joyful and multi-functional desk. Wise
codicil legal expert, the bureaucrat rejects everything that is not properly stamped, branded, registered, authenticated, and does not hesitate to send you a humble pilgrimage from one office to another on whether your practice is missing a quotation mark, a dash or a dot.
Having received the gift, when appointed, the sacred cup seraphic calm and the divine cup of phlegm Olympic well-tolerated paroxysmal and the lengthy delays and even exasperating, fearing excessive stress can be derived, abhors and avoids the processing and urge quick resolution.
When dealing with others of its species is prone to the absolute respect for their respective areas of responsibility. And therefore if the search for a document buried in a folder containing buried on a shelf, in turn, buried in an archive is part of the duties of another bureaucrat is that you should speak to that other irrevocably.
Generally, the bureaucrat obtains nutrients necessary for their metabolism through the daily intake of provvedimenti normativi, circolari esecutive, decreti ministeriali, leggi regionali, gazzette ufficiali, disposizioni finali.
Fanaticamente respectful of the bureaucratic lexicon (what Calvin calls "anti-language"), he calls you "user" and you will anagrafizza normatizza, then torture you with endless compilations and perverse forms.
Fortunato holder of the now chimeric and privileged "job", he defends to the bitter end using the unassailable integrity, purpose, a carefully studied fine stunts and contortions union legal. Since the bureaucrat is the representative example of a widespread organization that dominates and governs the civil and social life, to become conscious and aware citizens is vital to comply, institutionalized, blend, mixed in a world of stamps and stamped paper. Kate Playground Interview
E 'by chance I had just posted in a blog and Andrea did not even know who he was.
So, politely tiptoed (as is appropriate when in an environment that introduces you do not know) I would like to point out that Papetti not the first nor the only artist to keep alive the memory of Enzo. Immediate response to Andrea. Educated and on tiptoe, "it is true, my cd is now being published, but the song Enzo was born on the day that I learned of his murder, after a sleepless night."
I guess the best way to describe Andrea Papetti it is through his songs and who better than the Brigade Lolli is delegated to do so? "In his songs" - say the types of the Brigade - blends minimalism and experiences, hopes and dreams. Andrea sees the world, and confronts us sing, poised between illusions and delusions, looking vaguely reminiscent of the first De Gregori, that twenty of From Here to Saigon.Insomma, an emerging talent who loves literature, writes poetry and translates it into music.
It fills our hearts with his emotions: anger and pain ...
Yes, because Andrew talks about "a hero who destroyed the conspiracy of silence with his voice and his hand"; Peppino Impastato. It is no accident that always closes his concerts with "The Man the truth," the song for Peppino. Andrea sings the man and the loneliness that surrounds him: he does Inferno Baghdad with such force that it is difficult to forget.
Andrea continua a lottare. “Mi batterò con tutte le mie forze per far conoscere a più persone la storia di Enzo. Oltre a questo posso fare ben poco.”
Sono queste le sue parole: caro Andrea, tutto questo lo chiami “poco”?
Bloggando per caso: così ho conosciuto Andrea.

What is contained in the term Web 2.0? Among those who see the Internet revolution and who denies the existence, one thing is certain: the Web has taken a new direction, a new era of the Internet has begun and will not pass without leaving a mark.
why I do not think it is intelligent not to know or ignore it, especially when the Web is our working tool or we still useful for our business. But I think it's better to be prepared and a little 'far-sighted to realize the full benefits of innovation and anticipating change subendolo.
The Web 2.0 is coming naturally in our daily activities on the network, you probably are already beneficiaries, even if unconsciously.
Web 2.0 is not a specific software or a trademark, but a set of approaches called "innovative" in the use of the web: it is rather a new understanding of web technology and philosophy that marks the 'evolution of the www (World Wide Web) by a series of static sites linked together in an environment where "global" in which software, broadband content and multimedia applications offer the most comprehensive and is based on close interaction between users
Il punto centrale del Web 2.0 è quindi la collaborazione e la condivisione delle informazioni, che si esprime in particolare nei suoi strumenti di comunicazione, quali i wiki e i blog, attraverso i quali, model "hierarchy" of knowledge becomes shared knowledge: they are the people together to build the encyclopedia, freely and without charge to group knowledge and skills, putting everything in the service of others.
It is clear that in this new approach, a role he was hired by the mutual "trust" between users co-developers, and equally important is the need for tools to enable measurement of trust, for example through feedback or "recommendations"
Old Sites, now "outdated", the place to leave today blogs, more simple in construction and management, the more immediate communication and more efficient circulation of information: their strength comes from building from the bottom (bottom up), by users and reversal of hierarchical concept of knowledge .
With tag (keyword =) freely chosen and shared by users on the web is categorized and easy search.
The Public Administration understands the importance of the Web 2.0 revolution, to develop the phenomena of sharing, listening and participation that the same law requires to achieve.
This is not news that one of the most critical of public administration is the lack of dialogue within the structures and levels of government with respect to both the citizen-user.
The city expresses a single great need: have a clear answer quickly . This means the need for dialogue and information sharing within the Administration, but also the need for dialogue and interaction (exchange of knowledge: information, content, but also expertise, solutions and experiences) between different institutions. Objectives were not easy, but achievable with the proper use of new technologies, with the integration of information systems and databases, without forgetting the importance of working methods, habits and practices.
In short, Web 2.0 in government is not a social network, but the possibility of creating a network of offices and authorities of the territory to unify standards and procedures, and to define a single language and shared.
And 'This is the heart of the concept of integrated communication in public administration: the information becomes really useful only when the knowledge of each is transformed into knowledge that is then shared through the Communications Office turned outwards, creating a virtuous circularity that feeds on itself and starts processes for the reuse and benchmarking for the benefit of the entire system. A process that can include operators who, for various reasons, are excluded from training courses and who can thus be part of this path of innovation, modernization and growth of the structures in which they work.
but I do not think there could be a real return in terms of services if the Web 2.0 is imposed from above: we need a cultural accompaniment. The innovative design efforts result in failure unless they are supported by internal dynamics of direct administration to "educate" the workers to change, letting people know and understand these projects to adapt to the new approach with ease and simplicity.
Many governments are now experimenting with different ways the 2.0: sometimes just for image, other times with more "substance".
But one thing is certain: the public Web is changing.

Funny Cliparts For Facebook
Carlo Cattaneo, the protagonist of "Five Days of Milan", gave his political support in the Italian Renaissance with an unconventional theory, which defies any simplistic attempt to classify (Which, for a long time, was considered a defect).
Republican was in a crowd of monarchists, democratic and radical absolutist and authoritarian era, among the multitude of federal centralist, European and cosmopolitan as the sacred word was nationalism, secular, defender of science and progress, popularizer of the ' economics and sociology in an Italy imbued with spiritualism and humanism literary and unrelated to the technical-scientific culture of the most advanced European countries.
"The nation is one of the men students. It 's the nation of intelligence, who lives all climates and speaks all languages. Beneath it is a multitude divided into a thousand conflicting homelands, in caste, in slang, in factions arid and bloody. The intelligence moves beyond this ocean, it spreads throughout the books, museums, schools, scholars associations. "" The is our duty to give the little strength to our common humanity that enterprise. We have to participate in this war between progress and inertia, between thought and ignorance, between kindness and barbarism, between emancipation and slavery. "
For nearly two centuries, the figure was Cattaneo almost totally ignored today his name is back in vogue because of the claim of the Northern League to make a sort of secessionist tutor of their wills.
But to what extent it is legitimate to equate this concept League thinker, now universally considered one of the sharpest thinkers of the nineteenth century?
Cattaneo is now considered the father of Italian Federalism: disputed the existence of the various Italian states, rejected the idea of \u200b\u200ba federation between them and did not share the political geography eg. proposed by Ferrari. His proposed "federation" was a pact between the towns that considered in a central Italian tradition of freedom and into a prerequisite for removal of existing states and create "national unity". So
federalism was the ideal instrument for achieving the real goal which was aimed Cattaneo, that of a nation united in respect for the traditions and local cultures, which was supposed to represent the natural synthesis. Cattaneo is against centralism, not against national unity (which he considered rather basic requirement) Norberto Bobbio, writes that federalism Cattaneo "ended up being presented in order to recall the doctrine (already own the Mazzini) of the municipality and the nation as the two terms of the Italian state Republican and Democratic unity. " In both (Mazzini and Cattaneo) was a clear will to achieve national unity. Especially since almost Cattaneo repudiated the term "federalism" calling it "defective word meaning discord of what is united and non-union of what is disunited" preferendolgi and those of "federal union" or "union free", because he wanted to unite what was divided, and not the opposite.
Let's look at the facts: •
Carlo Cattaneo had no secessionist drive, the League raises its basis (between high and low) the Secession;
• Cattaneo was not a regionalist, but it was much closer to the size of the communal tradition (both to arrive to warn his colleagues from the Emilia consider a single reality, but when we lived together three very different systems of legislation and administrative), the League's approach is x regionalism "federal" more or less extended depending on how are the elections .. •
Cattaneo thought that the path of civilization lies in the comparison of different cultures (much to say: "Remember that all of us, the modern nations of Europe, we are children of fathers who were in one day, more or less distant, sons of Barbarians"), the Northern League, ( first of all, Gianfranco Miglio), preach a kind of "ethno-nationalism" of small countries in the name of protecting an alleged purity (and I would say superior) of the ethnic "Padania" (see last Maroni with the rules of ROM or Bossi with the words on the teachers of the South).
• The unity of the nation for Cattaneo was the "primary good" strive for, "We have to stop - he wrote - that Italy should be held above all in unison coll'Europa, and stroking another national feeling than to preserve a noble place in the association of Europe and the scientific world "Bossi's philosophical thought is summed up rather well: ironic reference to the excellent Angela Mancuso. ..

Best Of Annabel Chong
After months of work dedicated to the realization the social budget of the Municipality of Udine, I wondered, but the public administration really needs a social accountability, I mean, why should a public demonstrate the social value of its work when it is inherent in its mission? will try to address the issue in my own way.
from a given: the relation PA and city is going through a time of great difficulty in the administration who lives the contradiction of having to face a more careful and responsible citizen through means that are less and less adequate to meet cittadinanza.E want to admit this right - simply and without controversy - that the government needs to address and overcome a series of deficits that are real strengths to assure citizens the opportunity to "assess in an informed way."
Ne elenco alcuni:
- un deficit di trasparenza: l’Ente Pubblico deve essere in grado di consentire ai propri cittadini di esercitare il diritto di conoscere - e la P.A. adempiere al dovere di far conoscere - le politiche, le strategie, gli obiettivi ed i programmi operativi dell'Ente. Tutto ciò va oltre alla pubblicità legale - imposta - dei provvedimenti e degli atti amministrativi;
Ci rincuora a questo proposito la recente Direttiva sulla rendicontazione sociale nelle amministrazioni pubbliche che indirizza gli enti ad assumere un documento di natura volontaria, che si aggiunge al bilancio economico-finanziario tradizionale, enunciando in maniera forte il principio che ogni ente pubblico ha il dovere to be accountable to all its interlocutors of the effects of administrative action, and recognizing the social budget tool capable of showing the public's overall activities with a view not limited to aspects of economic-financial assets and liabilities, but which represents a unified vision of various aspects of political and social choices, the economic resources available and results achieved.
The social report is an instrument capable of identifying potential areas for improvement of the organizational process of the Authority and which may include:
a) 's Administration: a clear explanation of the activities carried può far comprendere meglio la dimensione normativa del bilancio economico chiarendo, ad esempio, come una determinata posta contabile corrisponda all'erogazione di un preciso servizio, chiaramente individuabile dai cittadini.
b) la Comunicazione: il bilancio sociale diventa il principale strumento di relazione con i diversi stakeholders;
I personally think that the added value that the Social Report can make in relation PA / citizen is proportional to the ability to give this tool the right size box and service, to make it a real support to the awareness and assessment for the citizen. In short, not a book window - but a real tool of communication. It 'a reversal of vision and philosophy, which must be shared by those who work in public, and its Social Report can collaborate to grow.
Furthermore, the operation "social" inherent in the activities of public administration itself is the element that legitimate, indeed, that makes it a duty, reporting to the city have private facilities
If it needs to justify to public opinion, trying to demonstrate that they are socially responsible and therefore careful to not only produce value for shareholders, but also social value to the community, the public facility that is socially responsible, by definition, needs to manage this "social legitimacy". It is indeed ironic that, although the activities of public administration are primarily driven by social objectives and significant impact on the community, there are no tools to account for this profound and pervasive "social".
It is this gap that the social balance can and must help to fill.
await your comments.

Drivers License Proform Or Template
of this election campaign said he was, above all, many communities have defined predominantly "boring". Maybe that's why you tried to overcome the "boredom" with news that the media have brought into our homes and have stimulated our curiosity and (add) "bigots" who use our political underwear (that is, of course, women policies, We are in Italy as sex ...!); make our politicians during the election campaign (we found out that someone abstains and does not give up ... someone else instead, those who " "A people ... and many other" goodies ": all of this kind.
Well, I had the pleasure of following this campaign. I followed in the town where I live, I followed her over the Internet on political sites not forgetting the "traditional" media, I participated in a chat and I posted comments, I was confronted with many friends and acquaintances.
pulling out a little amount of this experience I must say that my feeling is that I found in an election campaign different from the past, and for that, I believe, however, challenging.
course, accustomed to fighting, to insults, the quarrels and the screams of the various leaders (all against all!), this change has blown away a little more ...
But if the mission of a communicator is to be understood, then this country can not be defined because it is boring not the clash of arrogance.
But I think that this campaign has, rather, replaced the policy towards value-concepts in the past forgotten. Or at least attempted to do so: to call this the "democratic".
We consider that this campaign has attracted many young people in the streets and many others with internet, and I do not remember the past in a country where political leaders have "worked" so hard to approach and meet the people: politics is now aware of the serious distance the voters and we must find its role in the streets and people: Italy has crossed carpet, chat and chat and have taken hold yutube has also done its part.
As for content, it is said, are very similar: of course, the problems are, but the proposed solutions can hardly be called identical, if only because of ideological issues, even though they are not missed.
So I think that feeling of boredom repeatedly invoked, has been given more dall'approccio that the media wanted to have in this campaign (if there is conflict there is no news ...) than to the actual thought the Italians.
Maybe if he had not spoken to his underwear and sexual desire, we would know about all a little more.
