Order No 137, 1 September 2008 is now law, but we will not give because:

- is unacceptable that Article 4 of the decree, it opens with purely economic grounds, "within the containment goals .. "

- there has been no discussion with the school, but everything has been decided, quickly, by the Ministers of Economy and destroying education in a few minutes the work of decades of educators, researchers, teachers,

- in any field of work what works is taken as an example while in the case of the school sector that works best (according to OECD data 2008, the Italian primary school is 6th place in the world) is upset;

- with the teacher only children will be deprived of the opportunity to face a variety of shapes;

- parents will be forced to relate to a single reference without the possibility of a confrontation with several voices;

- be mortified specialization in individual disciplines that teachers have acquired in the course of their careers;

- time school will be reduced to 24 hours per week: two hours of removing the religion and those of English, how many hours remain for the Italian mathematics, science, history, geography, image, motor, music, computer science?

- the disappearance of copresences make it impossible to work with students in difficulty for recovery activities and to organize various projects;
