Wedding Congratulation Phrases

If nothing matters

Jonathan Safran Foer, a child, spent Saturday and Sunday with his grandmother. When he arrived, she raised the air squeezing in a big hug, and he himself did when he went on. It was not just affection, her: behind there was the constant worry of knowing that his nephew had eaten enough. The concern of those who almost died of hunger during the war, but was able to reject the pork that would have given this life because food was not kosher, because "if nothing matters, there is nothing to save '. The food is not just for her food, it is "terror, dignity, gratitude, revenge, joy, humiliation, religion, history and, of course, love."
Once you become a father, Foer remembers this teaching and began to question what is the meat, why not feed her child how to feed himself, is more important. This book is the result of an investigation that lasted almost three years brought in factory farms, also visited in the middle of the night that led them to talk about the violence and animal poison treatments based on drugs that must undergo , to describe how they are killed to become our daily bread.

This book is out now for a year and I've already heard a lot, so I decided to buy it and was very happy. It reads very well, we appreciate the writing fluent and enjoyable authority that provides very accurate (the notes in the back of the book are many, precise, indicate an extensive bibliography and many sources). With direct language and sometimes paradoxical (sobering paragraph cinofagia to defend, or at least should give pause to those who eat animals) addresses various issues (because we eat animals, farming, industrial fishing) without the excesses that extremist sometimes can be seen among the most fervent activists but do not discount the hypocrisy of those who do not wants to know or pretends not to know the reality.
