Dopo le ultime vicende che sono accadute sia sul nostro territorio che in consiglio comunale pare opportuno spiegare perché l’Italia dei Valori persiste nel chiedere le dimissioni del consigliere Filippo Vicino (PDL).
In primo luogo chiediamo le dimissioni poiché il Consigliere ha un procedimento penale in corso i cui capi di accusa sono davvero significativi.
Però questa non è l’unica motivazione. Infatti, dall’inchiesta e da dichiarazioni dello stesso Vicino, è emerso che ha avuto rapporti per 15 anni (sino ad oggi) con un certo Salvatore Accarino. Ed è proprio la figura di Accarino che è da approfondire. Infatti, Salvatore Accarino, già fallito e condannato con sentenza confermata in Cassazione proprio per traffico di rifiuti, non poteva gestire imprese né conti correnti. Inoltre, Accarino pare sia legato al siciliano Giuseppe Onorato, oltre ad essere finito più volte in manette per riciclaggio di denaro appartenente a cosche mafiose. Salvatore Accarino era stato condannato nel 2008 a 6 anni e 6 mesi con l'accusa di traffico illecito di rifiuti pericolosi.
E' lo stesso Vicino ad ammettere in un intervista al "Giornale Desio on 3 August that "I was involved because I work with Accarino, a person I've known for fifteen years, always for work issues, but I did not know who did this kind of traffic." But he did not know how, how did not know? Accarino was sentenced! Even in 2008 stories of 2003! Near claims to know him for 15 years and not know that Accarino was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months, did not know his relationship with organized crime? He did not know that he could not engage in any business, and how could he not know if he had known for 15 years? If arrested and convicted a person whose work I have to know to strength!
