Replica all'articolo del "Giornale di Desio" titoloato “Rissa sfiorata tra Vicino (PdL) e Mapelli (Idv)” del 28/09/2010
Premetto innanzitutto una precisazione non di forma, ma di sostanza, ossia che già il titolo stesso dell’articolo è fuorviante, poiché non si tratta di rissa, bensì di aggressione, come si evince dalla foto dell’articolo.
Durante il Consiglio Comunale il consigliere Vicino prima ha attaccato in maniera poco elegante il capogruppo della maggioranza urlando, prima “non capisci nulla” e then "communist" (with a clearly negative sense), then continued screaming and yelling.

very serious occurred after I pronunciato tale frase, valga come semplice esempio che una persona (evidentemente vicina a Vicino, o politicamente, o per altri motivi) si volta verso di me pronunciando tale frase “stai attento a come parli, ragazzo”. Attento? Ma cosa sono queste, minacce? E non mi è stato ripetuto una sola volta e non da una sola persona!
Ora vorrei capire su che fatti il Consigliere Vicino ha intenzione (se non lo ha già fatto) di querelarmi!

Eviterò denunce per minacce, poiché voglio evitare alle Procure già oberate, ulteriore lavoro, salvo che non ne giungano altre. Se invece, il Consigliere davvero vorrà procedere for defamation, then I will look to carry that for slander, because the Council is well aware that everything I say is true and I quote your sources.
I find it significant that it is decided to proceed to lawsuit against objections to specific policies. Does this mean that there is a willingness to respond? Politically relevant.
