During the last City Council, Councillor Manenti, with the majority group together for Solaro, filed an order of the day to denounce the infiltration of gangs within the public institutions. Oggetto: LETTERA APERTA CIRCA LE DICHIARAZIONI DELLA MINORANZA ESPRESSE SU SALVATORE BORSELLINO DURANTE L’ULTIMO CONSIGLIO COMUNALE
A seguito dell’attacco di PDL e LEGA, portato nei confronti di Salvatore Borsellino durante l’ultimo consiglio
comunale, doverose sono alcune precisazioni da parte del sottoscritto in qualità di Presidente dellaCommissione Biblioteca.
In primis vorrei far rilevare al capogruppo del PDL Puzzello che Salvatore Borsellino non è solo fratello del Giudice Paolo, ma anche fondatore del Movimento delle Agende Rosse e da ormai molti anni compie un’importantissima attività di informazione circa il fenomeno della criminalità organizzata. Vorrei anche far notare che non è assolutamente vero che non vi è stato contraddittorio, infatti, alla fine della serata è stato previsto un momento di dibattito in cui i partecipanti hanno potuto rivolgere a Borsellino (e agli altri oratori) domande e considerazioni.
In secondo luogo, vorrei precisare che sono state invitate diverse associazioni, la prima è stata il Movement of the red diary, but were also free contacts who participated with Lorenzo Frigerio and the National Association of Victims of the Mafia. The latter proposed as rapporteur MEP Sonia Alfano IDV, but given the campaign period for the regional elections, the undersigned, in accordance with the Committee rapporteur has withdrawn it.
