A day by the Minister Brunetta and think, what torment!
Apart from sciatica (the result of cold air) so I have to admit that torture poi, non lo è stato.
Una convention sui risultati del progetto " mettiamoci la faccia ", fortemente voluto dal Ministro, per avviare nella pubblica amministrazione un sistema premiante: un touch screen (assieme ad altre modalità) permette al cittadino, direi banalmente, di valutare il servizio ricevuto: uno schermo da toccare; una faccina da scegliere... e via!
Finalmente il cittadino si sarebbe potuto vendicare di tutti questi fanulloni, mangiapaneatradimento e, magari.... farli pure licenziare!!!
Ebbene, niente di tutto ciò.
I risultati esposti dalle amministrazioni pioniere (Torino, Milano, ma anche Agrigento o Catanzaro.....) ci dicono ben altro: 85% di faccine verdi contro 10% of emoticons angry red and a 5% neutral smiley, with peaks that reach even 95% of citizens happy!
I ask myself: where is the "evil" that plagues the public administration?

But if the need for care is here, "how to reconcile it with the excellence they are talking about the data? Perhaps the Minister
ideas are a bit confused ... or maybe it's just propaganda that works well in the air we breathe more and more populist.
But if care is the solution to reward merit is certainly the way to pursue.
communications offices have shown: the counter staff fa un lavoro egregio di alta professionalità, ma, ad oggi, non è ancora attivato il profilo (Tremonti da quell'orecchio non ci sente .....).
Ci restano le restrizioni ai diritti dei dipendenti e nulla più.
